The APA Ventures Team
The APA Ventures team has over 50 years of combined experience in business investment, land development, and management. However, our story as an enterprise began in 2003 in Elizabeth City, NC. That year we invested in our first retail gas station, C-Store, and Subway restaurant. In the following decade, we developed multiple Subways, C-Stores, and retail locations in North Eastern North Carolina.
Our strategic approach and experience in business enabled us to build these restaurants and businesses into successful franchises. As time moved forward, we acquired C-Stores, Hotels, and Real Estate Properties.
By 2015, we relocated our corporate offices to Morrisville, NC. To date, we have over 200 employees throughout the multiple brands we represent. We are happy to represent and have an investment in companies such as BP, Sunoco, Citgo, Crown, Krispy Krunchy, Subway, Choice hotels, Marriott and independent hotels. Our current representation spans four sectors including Park n Shop C stores, QSR, Hospitality, and Real Estate.
At the heart of our team, however, is diversity and customer service. Whether our employees are helping pumping gas, making a sandwich, or checking in a guest, we encourage them to do it with a smile on their face.
That energetic ground up approach strengthened our business from day 1 and continues to build successful businesses under our name.
