Amit Patel has over 15 years of experience in Operation and Finance management. Amit has operated and managed over 20 Subway restaurants and coordinated over 15 convenience stores since 2003 and uses his talent and experience to grow revenue and manage labor costs. He brings a wealth of knowledge regarding production planning and strategic process analysis. Amit serves as the Principal Partner for APA Ventures serving in the Operation and Finance sector.

• Improved Occupancy for about 15% and ADR of 10% in 2013 for the AHOSKIE INN Hotel

Prem Amarnathan
Title: Principal Partner

Bio:
Prem Amarnathan is the Principal Partner for APA Ventures Inc. He has spent over 15 years using his skills in marketing and sales strategies, profit maximization, partnership development, and operations management to increase profits and customer service for multiple companies. He earned his Master of Business Administration from Edith Cowan University from Perth, Australia in 2001. Since 2007, Prem has leveraged his expertise in partnership development and negotiating skills through his role in Business Development for APA Ventures Inc.
Career Highlights:
• Served as the Business Development Analyst for Li-Sci Teck Inc./Futura Ventures from 2003-2006
• Met profitability and revenue goals and exceeding forecasted revenue by successfully adding 45 business rooms every night of the week for APA Ventures Inc.
• Served as a Project Coordinator at Old Dominion University—activities included coordinating schedules, achieving a low cost on the entire project, and conducted schedule reviews as needed.
Charles Dilelo
Title: Director of Operations

Bio:
Charles Dilelo serves as the Director of Operations for APA Ventures Inc. Charles has experience in both the military and private sectors. He spent three years working as a mechanic and unit computer operator at Fort Bragg and also handled the battalion’s monthly accounting fund. Since 1997, however, Charles has worked in the hospitality sector fulfilling many roles including service and general management, making his skills ideal for his role with APA Ventures Inc.
Career Highlights:
• Won Travelodge’s Operator of the Year Award in 2003 and 2005
• Exceeded the Budget for the Marriot when serving as the General Manager and outperformed other hotels in the market all four years with the Strand Development Company
• Completed a renovation for Comfort Inn in 2014 with a 99.8%, the highest in the area market as General Manager
Shaishav Patel

Designation: Cstore /QSR operation
Bio:
Shaishav Patel is a Principal Partner for APA Ventures Inc. Shaishav brings excellent customer service and market trend analysis skills along with a motivated and enthusiastic attitude to the C-Store QSR Operations of APA Ventures. His professional experience includes six years spent as a Regional Manager for Subway Restaurants in NC, one year of experience as a Subway Store Manager, and four years as a Days Inn Hotel General Manager in Virginia. He holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Rajiv Gandhi University, India.
Career Highlights:
• Ensure and maintained a safe and secure working and dining environment for Subway employees and diners. He also analyzed business trends to develop plans for success.
• Maintained the profitability of the Days Inn hotel by following guidelines and labor requirements to improve sales growth.

Buddy Patel is one of the Principal Partners of APA Ventures Inc. He serves as the Director of Operations for the company. Buddy has an extensive history of automotive repair but excels in customer service, computer hardware installation, programming and basic mechanics. As the Director of Operations for APA Ventures, Buddy is responsible for planning and executing necessary projects that further the interest of our partners.
