Financial Accounting Analyst

Mange and direct the company's finance and accounting functions. Duties include developing and implementing internal accounting policies and procedures in accordance with GAAP; communicating with management team regarding financial operations and prepare all necessary financial reports on a regular basis; managing all audits and tax matters; analyzing financial and business operations to determine areas of inefficiency and develop improved financial models; providing ongoing financial modeling and analysis to build and measure various financial and operational metrics; analyzing financial information to produce forecasts for the business, as well as industry and economic conditions; and managing daily financial operations such as accounts receivable and payroll using tools such as Quickbooks.

Minimum requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration with a major in accounting.

2. 2 years of experience in a professional Accountant position.

3. Experience must include integrating operations for multiple franchise locations.

4. Position requires frequent travel to affiliated franchise locations in New Bern, Robersonville, Murfreesboro, Goldsboro, Moyock, Winterville, Elizabeth City, Ayden, Farmville, Greenville, Edenton, Plymouth, and Hertford, NC.
